Australasian Lymphology Association

The Australasian Lymphology Association (ALA) is the peak professional body advancing excellence in lymphology across Australia and New Zealand.

Comprising clinicians, researchers, educators and allied health practitioners, ALA leads the development of evidence‑based standards, training and accreditation in lymphoedema care. Through its National Lymphoedema Practitioners Register, tri‑annual publication Lymph Exchange, and position statements on clinical best practice, the Association promotes best practice in detection, diagnosis, prevention and management of lymphoedema and related oedemas.

Committed to awareness, advocacy and community connection, the ALA works with professionals, governments, educators and consumers to improve quality of life for individuals affected by lymphoedema across the region
